How HHo Works

Here is a simplified explanation on how the system works. It changes water into Hydrogen and Oxygen simultaneously thru the process of electrolysis.

When water is introduced with electrical current/voltage [preferably DC] it has a tendency to become excited and divides into its primary elements of Hydrogen and Oxygen. The produced Hydrogen and Oxygen are now in a gaseous state from the liquid water. It’s been said by others that the two elements have been split apart from one another into their sub-diatomic molecular state.

A fallacy out there is that it takes more energy to produce the HHO than the energy it releases. Not at all true, that's why there are HHO generators available out there. You can produce HHO with as little as 1.5 volts DC and an amp of current. It’s not only how it’s done but the way in which the HHO generator is configured to permit a useful out put with minimal power input. You can put 2 bare ended wires into a bucket of water and electrolyte and produce a small quantity of HHO by putting a DC current through the wires. The principle is to produce as much as possible with the least amount of electrical input energy. In reality, once the HHO generator has been charged up it actually acts like a wet cell battery. It holds a charge of 1.5 - 2.0 volts DC and can operate when charged with the power switch turned off, until the remaining suspended HHO gas is pulled off. The power switch is primarily used to maintain the HHO generators charge.

What we do here is draw off that produced gaseous material by vacuum created by the vehicles engine and feed the gasses directly into the engine for combustion purposes. The system is an on demand system, "NOT" a pressurized storage system the HHO generator only produces what the vehicles engine may call for, nothing more.

Can we idle an engine on pure HHO? Yes, absolutely, but to actually operate the vehicle under normal driving conditions the technology is not quite there yet. Currently most of our users see from 10 - 45% on average fuel savings. But, don't think it stops there; the NEW HPFC HHO generators are pushing the fuel savings into the upper 60% range. If we keep on working on the problems that hold us from using just HHO long enough we will reach that point where the vehicles fuel tank will become a water reservoir tank for holding just water.

The process is as follows, you start with water and an electrolyte. You add DC current, the H2o breaks down into H2 & O [we just call it HHO]. We introduce it into the engine by use of the engines vacuum. The HHO combines with the gasoline and air in the combustion chamber and is burnt. Once burnt, it converts back to H20 [water]. Its now going to absorb the inner heat from the engine normally at 350 - 400*F and turn into super heated steam. Then its pushed out during the exhaust stroke and out the tail pipe. There it condenses back into to water vapor and eventually collects back into water. So you start with water and end with water. And best of we almost get 0 emissions.

With 10 - 45% gains, we like to give an example of some of the lower savings.

Good question! We get asked that alot from people searching the internet trying to find the best hydrogen generator for their vehicle, so we came up with a few reasons that we feel separate us from the competition.
We are not posting these differences to brag about our company or try and put down the efforts of our competitors. We are glad that people are trying to make our world a greener better place and stop our dependency on foreign oil. Unfortunately there are a lot of backyard engineers trying to separate you from your hard earned money and we just want to show you the difference between companies so that you have all of the facts to make a good decision on what system is best for you.

It would do us no good to have the best hydrogen on demand system in the world if it were so overpriced that no one could afford to buy it, true? Our most popular standard system sells for under $300.00 for a complete kit. The kit comes with every thing you need for a full installation, including our 24 page full color step by step installation manual.

Other companies will try to tell you that you can not get a quality system for the price that we sell our units for, don't believe them. We will put our system up against any system on the market. The average price of our competitors comparable unit costs around $525.00 and you don’t get the benefits that our units offer.

We are the only company selling Hydrogen systems that I've seen that have the hose barb fittings that are attached in the water reservoirs, Blow Molded into the tanks so that they become part of the tank and will never leak. Other hydrogen companies drill the holes into the water tanks and try to glue the fittings back into the tanks. Might not sound like a big deal to you now, but it will in about 60 days when the fittings are leaking like a garden hose all over your engine. No matter what glue or epoxy you use, it will never hold up to the constant soaking from the electrolyte mixture in the water tanks. Quality control and customer satisfaction are our highest priority!

We build our Hydrogen Generators from the Highest-Grade ALLOYS Available! The ALLOY plates that are used to produce the hydrogen gas in any unit are the most important aspect of a hydrogen generator. If you don't start with the best ALLOY PLATES, your unit will begin to rust and fall apart within a couple of months. To Save Money, some companies will use a lower grade 304 steel. Don't Be Fooled! We make sure that our Hydrogen System produces the cleanest HHO gas by allowing maximum surface area. Our Cell Plate Systems are assembled in a dust free environment wearing rubber gloves, and every plate is then carefully cleaned with alcohol to insure the best performance out of every unit. Our Units will not produce foam, slime or rust water!

All hydrogen companies need to use some type of an electrolyte mixture that you mix with distilled water, to act as a catalyst to produce the hydrogen gas. Most companies , if not all, use Lye products called Potassium Hydroxide or Sodium Hydroxide. When the amount of this electrolyte, potassium hydroxide is mixed into a high ratio concentration, the mixture becomes very dangerous and harmful to all aluminum parts. If this mixture were to ever get sucked into your engine it would begin to eat away at and destroy your engine from the inside out. This is some nasty stuff when mixed to strong.

We have engineered our hydrogen systems to run at a very low and safe ratio, only 4 teaspoons baking soda electrolyte mixed with a full gallon of distilled water. This is not harmful or dangerous to your engine in any way.

Most all other hydrogen companies use very high amounts of an electrolyte mixture, almost an entire cup of Potassium Hydroxide electrolyte mixed with only a half gallon of distilled water. Very Dangerous! When you are shopping around for your hydrogen generator system ask the company if their hydrogen unit takes electrolyte mixed in a gallon of water, if it does, stay away! It is not worth it no matter what the gas savings are. We have 2 locations; our factory where we build our patent pending hydrogen systems, and a separate research facility where we work on our latest technology.
The majority of hydrogen companies build their hydrogen systems part time out of a home garage or basement. Not sure that's true? If you do a search on the address that they have posted on their websites you will see that they are probably post office boxes, not a real location. Most of them don’t even have phone tech and most phone support does not call back!And if they do its (usually when they get home from their other job) Not Good! When you are dealing with a hydrogen generator you need to work with a real company with a live tech support team. You will regret it if you don’t!
